Alma Blanca

1/2 oz Siembra Azul Bianco
3/4 oz Domaine de Canton
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz fresh pineapple juice
1/2 oz The Liquid Chef Aloe-Lemongrass Syrup
2 Tablespoons fresh corn kernels
1 Teaspoon hierba santa (herb saint)
Muddle the corn and the syrup in a mixing glass. Add the rest of the ingredients and ice. Shake and double strain into rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a habanero flower.
