72% Chocolate
Condensed Milk
Tequila Anejo
Kahlua
Melt in a double boiler or chocolate melter 200 grams of 72% chocolate then in a bowl pour 100 grams of the melted chocolate, add 100 grams of anejo Tequila, 50 grams of Kahlua and 50 grams of condensed milk whisk all the ingredients until it reaches a smooth consistency and refrigerate mixture while stirring occasionally
until it thickens. With a melon baller hollow out the strawberries then dip and cover ¾ of the strawberry with the melted chocolate and place them on wax paper then refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until chocolate hardens. Once the chocolate is set then fill the strawberries with the Tequila-Chocolate mousse. Garnish with a mint leaf or sprig.
