2 oz · Grey Goose Pear
1/4 oz · Luxardo Maraschino Liquor
1/6 · Anjou Pear
2 · Sage Leaves
1/2 oz · Clement Syrup or simple syrup
3/4 oz · Fresh Lime Juice
garnish with a slice of pear and a sage leaf
muddle the pear, sage, and syrup then add, the maraschino liqueur, grey goose, lime juice, ice, shake and double strain over ice
